I have never grilled cubed steak before. We always just fry it. Are you wanting to grill it or fry it on the egg in a cast iron skillet?

I plan on grilling some venison backstraps and loins this weekend. My son devours it.

My go to: Dredge in flour, then egg wash, then panko. Fry it up on both sides in a thin layer of oil at 375 deg f until golden brown. Rest on paper towels and season with salt and pepper.

This site is great entertainment. Not sure what I like better, the great cooking advice or travis's recommendation to just send the meat. Id buy you all a beer if I could. Even @henapple if he promised to wear more than bacon

Hahaha!! I actually accidentally "dumped" dumped rub in it. But smelled great. I want more deer meat.
Marinated for an hour or so. Cooked at 550 for a minute or so on each side. Awesome flavor.Huntsville, Al LBGE -
I prefer it battered and fried but I also like to put it in a little Dales marinade and then salt and pepper and grill it hot and fast.

They were really awesome. I seasoned with "salt lick" rub and actually pulled my old cast iron pan trick where I threw em on the grill and laid my cast iron pot on top to press them. Cooked about 5 minutes per side. They were beautiful. Im so pissed about my phone. Im sitting at apple store now to get it fixed.
