Stuffed pork
Did a stuffed pork roast tonight, got it at the butcher, already marinated and stuffed with ham, spinach and cheese, cooked at 350 indirect with cherry.... Pretty good, but had a ham like texture

Looks good. I'm always leery of buying meat already briNed and seasoned. Seems like it is never as good as it sounds. Would much rather take the time and prep it myself.

I haven't and I was being lazy and pressed for time do I bought it already prepared from the butcher.... I did notice whole packers there though which I can never find $5lb.
