Back ribs beef and pork.
Wanted to try the Rib Candy I received in the sauce and rub exchange. Fired up the egg with cherry for smoke. Bad Byron's on the pork ribs, steak rub on the beef ribs. The rib candy was only used on the pork ribs. It was the habanero apple variety. Was a nice change of pace from our standard sauce.

@Budgeezer-looks great. Curious, which ribs do you prefer-beef or pork? (I am in the beef ribs camp.)Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@lousubcap I really enjoy the beef ribs. The first thing I check out at the grocery store on every visit is the beef rib supply to see if the butcher has left a decent amount of meat on the back ribs.Edina, MN
