Power out all afternoon

Did not plan on Egging today, until the power went out at 1:00 this afternoon. High winds in the area caused a lot of outages. So, instead of dinner cooked on the big clock in the kitchen, which was dark, the Egg came to the rescue. Had a dough in the fridge for lunch tomorrow and ended up putting together a sausage/pepperoni pizza. Lights came back on just as we finished eating. The high wind made it easy to get the Egg up to temp quickly. Who needs electricity?

Sorry to hear of the power outage. That's never fun. Glad you had the egg to whip up some grub though. Way to improvise.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
