    Have you ever tried deep fried crab cakes? If you haven't, give them a try sometime. They are outstanding my friend.

    @SGH‌ thanks my friend. No, I haven't tried them fried and I guess that's an idea. I just like to Egg everything now. Thanks @tulocay and @Dobie‌ I'll have to ask the wife for recipe again. Otherwise, I just grilled for about 10 min raised direct at 400 degrees and they hold together pretty well.

    I love to grill/smoke most things as well. There are a few things that just really shine when fried. Crab cakes are one of them. Give them a try sometime and see what you think my friend.
