Boobs & Shoulders
I have some plans this weekend that will prevent me from Egging so I decided to toss 2 shoulders and 2 bone in Chicken Brest. Lots of pulled pork and sliced chicken for sandwiches and snacks.
Took about 6 hours on the shoulders. 195 IT, FTC for 1 hour. wonderful!
