Glad to be egging again - turkey thighs and Asian chciken legs

So far this month I have only been in my own bed 5 out of 25 nights. Glad to be home on a beautiful TN weekend with bourbon, cigars, and my Egg.

Last night did pizza, but I've posted so many pizza cooks I did not bother taking pictures.

Smoked a couple of turkey thighs this morning. Oakridge BBQ rub (from rub exchange) and lots of apple wood for flavor. 350 indirect. Yum

Also threw together some Asian chicken legs. Made a marinade of soy, chili sauce, hoisin, garlic, mustard, maple syrup, and fish sauce. Used leftover marinade to baste during cooking. 425 indirect.

None of it was even close to the best thing I've ever done, but just happy to be in my home, with my kids, enjoying the fruits of the Egg.
