I recently smoked two turkey breasts (skin on) for two hours (160 degrees) at 325 and was pleased with the results. My son and I consumed one right off the grill and I wrapped one up for the week to munch on. However, the turkey was dry. Maybe I should have stuck with the dark meat. Any Ideas as to how to improve the moisture?
