Not done on the Egg, but a great quick snack. If the Egg was already hot I would do it there, but it is such a quick cook on the stove/broiler that is much easier. Amazed how tasty it was. http://seriouseats.com/2014/10/cast-iron-skillet-tortilla-pizza-bar-pie-food-lab.html

Seeing how I absolutly stink at pizza, I'm giving this a try. Thanks for sharing.

Those look awesome. I did a sort of mexican pizza on the egg not too long ago and it turned out really good. I just uses a pizza stone but a CI skillet is a great idea. I left some room around the edge and it worked fine on the stone.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Wait till Don @Mickey hears about this. He's the king of tortilla pizzas. Here's one of my attempts on the Mini

Started doing these several years ago on the Mini for the Granddaughters. I do use parchment paper but not sure it's needed. When they bring munchkins with them from Dallas to Salado I go to the Large and the oval stone will do two at a time. This is a quick cook but with more than two kids it's easier. These are the only pizza I eat now. Thin and crisp is best IMO. Now my wife makes the pizza dough and wants that over the tortilla. I like there being several sizes to use as well.
