Bacon wrapped shrimp an scallops

Had a great lunch today, did them in cast iron skillet on small egg also put a few on grate outside skillet. Really couldn't tell the differance. when I deveined the shrimp I stuffed them with some chopped up red long hot peppers. They were incredible the sea scallops melted in our mouths. sorrow about upside down pics the vultures were circling the plate

Looks absolutly excellent. Shrimp is one of my very favorites. Bacon wrapped anything is one of my favorites as well. Solid all the way around my friend =D>

Those look really good. Pics are fine when you click on them. Happens to a bunch of people. Don't know why.

i just finished eating, but I'd totally eat that right now! Love scallops and shrimp and anything involving bacon.

I was suprised there wasn't much differance between cast iron skillet and the ones I put direct on grate. both were fresh from local seafood market

I did bacon wrapped scallops tonight too, but i did raised direct and did not have any sort of drip pan.... The whole thing was smoking the whole time. :(

Wife said it was still good, but i was not too happy.

I precooked bacon about half way, it was perfect when I took them off. I think next time I do those I gonna make sure I'm home alone
