Bacon + Bread = bacon bread! Used the Saturday White Bread recipe from Flour Water Salt Yeast and added cooked bacon. 'nough said.

@lakewade‌ and @The Cen-Tex Smoker‌ It turned out great...didn't overpower the bread at all but added intermittent bacon flavored bites. I might do a bit more bacon next time. Served as a side to chili tonight and went very well together.

That looks great. I've been wanting to try the recipe for bacon bread in the book, but haven't had a chance to build a starter again. I like the idea of adding the bacon to a straight dough recipe.
