Fall is in the air finally in NE Florida. Been craving some brats so picked up some Johnsonville Beer Brats and some Boars Head natural casing brats. In the dutch oven with onions, green and orange bell peppers, baby bella shrooms, salt, pepper, butter and a Sierra Nevada Torpedo.

The temperature here in Da Burg is a soothing 63℉. Today was a gorgeous day for me to be working outside. And that meal is perfecto Chris! Really like the combination of veggies and brats. Not mention in a CI DO (new?). Nice!LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

I'm a beer brats, sauerkraut, onions, all the colored bell peppers etc sort of dude.. How was that particular beer in there? Was it chosen or did you just happen to be drinking that (that's how I usually decide what beer I'll use ).LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Looking good. Grilled some brats tonight as well. Nothing fancy, just on the grill while I was cleaning out the gutters. Leaves be falling like a mofo already.
