    Welcome my friend!  Egging is a lifestyle - that's for sure.
    Now for my 2 cents - I'm fairly new to egging - just got my egg in May.  But I didn't go the platesetter route.  I settled right into the adjustable rig.  Check out the Ceramic Grill Store - give them a call.  They'll hook you up with what you need depending on what you want to cook.
