    WOW!! We brought home the demo egg on Saturday.  Today was the first time I got to try it out!  IT IS AMAZING!!  I'm waiting for some stuff to ship from the ceramic grill store, so right now I don't have a platesetter.  I grilled chicken legs - I used a brick wrapped in tin foil to elevate the legs.  They were the best BBQ'd chicken I think I have ever had!  Tonight is grilled salmon, baked potatoes, and corn on the cob!  It's just fun to use!!
