Being on flights non stop for the next month or two, it's a little scary they've let these people travel. I understand the facts and that it's difficult to contract, still a bit weary.

Housekeeping lady came up while I was giving noc charge report for the unit and asked what isolation precautions the patient I just discharged was on.  With a straight face, "Ebola".  We were all rollin'.  Sick a$$ nurse humor.

I will add this. The way it's transmitted supposedly, reminds me of aids. For those of us that grew up in that time you'll remember the "don't worry about it" theme.
