Any one ever use these knives? They are supposed to hold an edge for 25 years. I'm skeptical to say the least. In the market for a good chefs knife.

I have never used them. Maybe someone else has experience with them.

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.

If a knife really held a decent edge for 25 years, you would know about it.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

Yeah that's not possible if you use it. All knives will dull with use. You are better getting a $50 1000/6000 king stone and learn to sharpen on your existing knives. There are great tutorials on sharpening on a stone at chefknivestogo.com and I got my king stone at kramerknives.com. Knowing how to keep it sharp is more important than it coming sharp.
