Sunday Bone in Pork Loin

Nice compromise for those who like loin and those who like the bone.  Almost 4 lbs, 5 bones and really thick when sliced.  Not sure why at an average grate temp of 275 it got to IT of 140 much more quickly than I expected, but an hour or so FTC didn't seem to hurt it at all.
It's a 302 thing . . .
