    Thanks for that seal my friend @SGH‌. My son ate this piece... And as usual loved it.. I've had it before and enjoyed it but I like a piece of Salmon myself...I actually loved the veggie kabobs --- 20 mins raised direct and they were perfect.

    What is that under the grate with the handles?

    Hey my friend @Jeremiah‌, you liking that OO.... The thing under the grate is a Woo... It raises the grill up to gasket level for raised direct.. The AR was too high for me to purchase at this point. Woo was only $50 and worth it - easy to put plate setter in also.

    Ahh. Thanks. Yeah still loving it. Much less sparking on lighting (weed burner). And those crab cakes look/ sound great. I might steal that ;)
