Made the sauce and started the artisan bread for tomorrow night. Brats and kraut in a shiner bath tonight. (Ala @Griffin). Covered mine in candied jalapeños. Best brats ever. Sher-bear went nuts...left overs for mañana.

I dug up Griffin's web post on this, as a frame of reference.  Mrs. 500 says it's about time for an Oktoberfest party, so i think these will be on the menu. (It's actually past due for Oktoberfest, but I want to do it anyway.)
