Smoked Ham with Mac and Cheese

Hi all,

  My friend is bringing over an eight pound ham for me to smoke on Saturday.  I was thinking about making some Mac and Cheese in my Dutch Oven to go along with it.  

Anybody have a good recipe for Mac and Cheese in the Dutch Oven?

heres what i use, could be done in a D/O dont have to smoke the ingredients but the basic process is there for you.

I could be mistaken but I think I remember DMW doing a few smoked M&C's. Good luck brother.
