Pig Shots - First Time

I wanted to do pig shots for a while now so I decided to do them last night. Egg was at 300 , indirect, for about an hour. I'm not a cream cheese fan, so I used a different cheese.

I ate about 20 of these things. Haha. Wife liked them too.

Looks like a winner to me brother Zar. Question my friend. Why did you eat only "20"? That's not even a good warm up ;)

Nice work!  Yours are way prettier than mine - I like the Jalapeno slice on the top.  Pig shots are amazing, but a lot of work to assemble IMHO.

Oh yeah, they definitely take some time to do. I did these on spur-of-moment but if I decide to do these for guests, I can see prepping them the night before :)

    Well worth it though.

Very nicely done sir! Love the jalopeno on top as well! I'm gonna steal that idea on my next batch.
