It looks like he wrapped them in a flour tortilla with cheese and chopped onions, topped with ketchup.

Which consists of a knife, some Tito's, and a rusty Leatherman used to skin deer. I have been worked on by a very similar kit (no knife) and it worked well in a pinch.
