4.8 lb Chicken on the Mini BGE

Draped this 4.8 lb spatchcocked chicken over a ball of foil (so it all stayed indirect over the stone) on the Mini BGE. Smoked it indirect with applewood at about a 375 deg f dome temp. Worked like a charm.

Very nice cook. You can do it direct as well on the Mini Woo.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
