First shot with this on the egg. Using apple for smoke, salmon is wild and guru dialed at 140 with ice pan although I've heard it won't stay that low.

Side note tried to post attachments from windows phone which the pics were taken with but no success. That's not good since I have a wp on the way. Decided I'm not spending $700 for an iPhone 6

Pics taken with wife's lumia icon which I have on order.

    Not happy windows phone not playing nice with the mobile or full site here.  the pics taken by the phone look great though,

    Egg holding 140 degrees 3 hours in I thought this wasnt possible.
