OT - School Progress Reports

I received the first progress report from my daughter's first grade teacher. All A's and A-'s, but the comment was great. "Elaine is a sweet girl who is trying to do a good job for me. She is trying to work more independently now instead of looking at her neighbor's paper." A chip off the ol' block!

Strong work.  And the teacher sounds like a good fit for that age.

I will show this to my wife.  She will get a kick out the comment.  She is a 7th grade language arts teacher.

She needs to keep her "neighbors" in mind for algebra down the road.
