Thanks everyone on this forum for all the help you have given me over the last few months since I got my Egg Feb. 20.
I have done 113 cooks on my large BGE so far and 111 were successful, thanks to advice on here. Yesterday I cooked a 7 pound whole packer beef brisket and it was awesome! Today I bought a new cast iron dutch oven and made chili with help from this forum, it was awesome!
I am writing this to thank everyone on here for all the information that you share along with the entertainment from all of your posts.
I do not know how to post pictures or I would, so please believe me the cooks really did happen. I am a low tech man in a high tech world.
Again, Thank you to everyone on this forum, I feel like you are my family.

Appreciate the feedback-everyone (well almost) is here to improve their BGE eggsperiences (wether seasoned or not) as we all learn on this forum. And given you track every cook I know they happened, pics or not. BTW-I don't do many pics either.I'm sure the serious tech-savvy members will help with the pic posting gig. Meanwhile continue to enjoy the BGE life-style.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. I am also a low tech man but have worked my way through some obstacles but not all. Smart phones are probably the easiest. Just hit the attach a file button on the bottom of the discussion box and attach the picture in question. From there someone may be able to help you a little more. I am still having troubles not getting double pictures and the small thumbnails at the bottom. Good luck and 113 cooks...Wow. I could only wish to be able to cook that much good food.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH

@MeTed
You will find that there are some very skilled and helpful people on this forum that is more than willing to help. I can personally vouch for this. I just spent 2 days with several of them. It is my hope to be able to give back to them in return. I was truly in the presence of greatness this weekend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out.
