Baby Back ribs with a side of Modernist Mac and Cheese

Rubed the ribs with a chipotle cinamon rub and then smoked them with hickory chunks for 4 hours @‌ 400F

Made the Modernist Cuisine at Home Mac and Cheese recipe. I sprinkled crushed Ritz crackers on the top and then broiled each portion in ceramic serving plates.
