Baby Back ribs with a side of Modernist Mac and Cheese

Rubed the ribs with a chipotle cinamon rub and then smoked them with hickory chunks for 4 hours @ 400F
Made the Modernist Cuisine at Home Mac and Cheese recipe. I sprinkled crushed Ritz crackers on the top and then broiled each portion in ceramic serving plates.

Excellent job Sir.Did you actually do those fantastic looking ribs for 4 hours at 400º?Have done the Mac and Cheese - it is very good.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

@DMW - I received the book as a birthday gift last year. I did not get a chance to fully read it yet but so far I enjoy it. Not sure I would have purchased the book myself ($$$) but I was happy to receive it as a gift!
