Meatloaf & The Egg
OK, so I'm taking a stab at meatloaf on the egg. Got the meatloaf seasoned and formed. Going for 375 indirect. Post more once it's done.

Sounds like a good plan. Be careful of any smoke wood. Ground meat takes it on strongly. Just incase.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

It was 80/20 chuck. I made the mistake of going by time. I ended up putting it back on the egg for about another 10 minutes

This wasn't my first cook. I'm thinking of doing a BBQ chicken or pork pizza next
