Prepping Poppers-How I Do It

Large jalapenos , cut tops off, apple core tool Wash piping bag with Chipotle and regular cream cheese double wrapped in bacon. Had some extra bacon and kielbasa so made pig shots. Dusted with rub and brown sugar

I now do it a specific way. Next time I'll have our Son video it and post as a YouTube link. I can whip thru them easily now leaving a clean bone with minimal use of a knife.

I don't know if this is sac-religious, but I always cut the jalapeno in half lengthwise fill with cream cheese with some rub mixed in, then wrap in a half slice of bacon.  When we have all my college buddies together, we leave the seeds in one of them and call it mexican roulette.

I Just do it this way because the coring tool makes quick work of it.....I like the roulette idea, think next time I will stuff one with a Ghost Chili
