Jackie doing the Butter Pecan Ice Cream isn't she beautiful!!

I roasted the Chilli, let them rest in a pan with the lid on Then I vacuumed pact them and put in the freezer with the skin and seeds. I made some salsa out of five of them this is going to work wonders with my Green Chilli Pork Stew

Ross in Ventura or anyone else who loves them? How is the skin, how are the seeds? Are they edible? Does the charred skin need removing like an Anaheim? How about the heat? Just saw some for the first time ever in the store and wondering if I should join in on the fun?Thanks-Proud resident of Missoula, MThttps://www.facebook.com/GrillingMontanahttp://grillingmontana.com

Was in Wegman's today and saw hatch chillies for the first time. They had samples of fire roasted chillies so I tried some. Ok, but no big deal. Unroasted, they were only $1.99/lb. I didn't buy any.
They also had 7-9 lb pork shoulders for $1.49/lb!!! Half what I've been seeing, even at Walmart! Didn't buy that either.
I know...I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
