London Broil - yum!
Hi everybody! Just wanted to tell you how my London Broil came out (came from a friend's farm, not sure what cut of beef it is, it was 2 1/2 pounds, about 1.5-2 inches thick). After looking at lots of recommendations on the forum (y'all rock, by the way!), I went with 450° egg, direct over fire for 2 minutes each side. Then closed all vents, cooked until it reached 135°, rest with foil tent, for 10 minutes. Super YUM!

0.5 cup soy sauce
0.5 cup olive oil
4.5 tbsp honey
6 lg. garlic cloves minced
3 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried)
1.5 tbsp coarse grnd black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
2.5 lb london broil or flank steak[p]Allow to marinate in your refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.

If you can get some Allegro Hot& Spicy marinade, it works great on this cut. Good job.

Looks like you won the Broil battle!! That marinade is really good. I used it on my one and only LB.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
