London Broil - yum!

Hi everybody! Just wanted to tell you how my London Broil came out (came from a friend's farm, not sure what cut of beef it is, it was 2 1/2 pounds, about 1.5-2 inches thick). After looking at lots of recommendations on the forum (y'all rock, by the way!), I went with 450° egg, direct over fire for 2 minutes each side. Then closed all vents, cooked until it reached 135°, rest with foil tent, for 10 minutes. Super YUM! Cheers! BTW, marinated with recipe, but might cut out salt next time: (Thanks, Tractor!!) http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/44374/london-broil-recipe 0.5 cup soy sauce 0.5 cup olive oil 4.5 tbsp honey 6 lg. garlic cloves minced 3 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tbsp dried) 1.5 tbsp coarse grnd black pepper 1.5 tsp salt 2.5 lb london broil or flank steak[p]Allow to marinate in your refrigerator for at least 2 hrs.
