When I asked my bride what she wanted for our anniversary meal, the answer was simple, steak.
Dropped the CI grate to right above the coals. Ribeyes, wokked Baby Bok Choy, Endive, potatoes and peppers from the garden.
Board sauce of softened butter, garlic and herbs from the garden. Spousal approval confirmed.

Med BGE, Weber Kettle, Weber Smokey Joe, Brinkman Dual Zone, Weber Genesis Gas Grill and portable gasser for boating
