Strip loin and pork loin

Had company coming over. Reverse seared a 5lb new york strip loin roast and half a pork loin. Beef rub was salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and fresh rosemary from flowerbed ground fine in coffee grinder. Pork was just ragin river. Nice supper. No plated pics. Just lazy lately.

I just cooked the pork loin cuz they were cheap and I can make sandwiches this week with it. That beef was good. Our friends were overjoyed. They'll have an egg soon.

Also made corn ( that I had freshly cut off the cob and froze earlier in the summer) and twice baked potatoes stuffed with pulled pork.
