Had a buddy bring over a pan of potatoes, onions and green peppers mixed in olive oil and swamp venom rub. I then added red, orange and yellow peppers, jalepeno peppers, grape tomatoes fresh from the vine in the back yard, and, of course, bacon! All I can say is wow...washed down with a bottle of Citra Dog IPA. Definitely adding this one to the long term menu list.
