They turned out pretty good according to the warden.  She is the rib connoisseur as it is one of her favorite meals.  I have tried them on my weber kettle in the past with unremarkable results, with her giving me a 5-5 1/2 on a scale to ten (her ten is a rack she got at "The Shed" in Mississippi).  Tonights single rack got a solid 8 from her.  I used CWM's instructions and stuck to them closely.  My finish time was close to 6 hrs. but that might be the thickest BB's i've ever seen.....
