The supposedly "mild" hatch chile were a lot spicier than expected, probably spicier than a jalapeno.... Not that I mind I love heat, just wasn't expecting it

Looks fantastic!!!! Love the combo but would have to swap out the hatch. No one here cares that much for the spicier end of foods. Good job.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH

Nothing wrong with a little heat brother. It keeps a man alert and focused on the eating task at hand I prefer them a little warm myself! Again excellent job brother Phat.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Crap, Phat those look dandy. I've got a butt load of hatch chile in the freeze that I roast off every year. That's one of the first I'm gonna try this week after I pick up my first egg. Wife loves chick and hatch chiles. How'd you cook em?LBGE - I like the hot stuff. The big dry San Joaquin Valley, Clovis, CA

I haven't tried the '04 crop of Hatch yet (a bushel is in the freezer), but I know what I'm making this coming weekend!:-bd___________
