@SGH this ones a must try- I usually rub salmon with maple syrup and then cover with RR. Toss on a cedar plank and you have a very fine meal.Greensboro, NC

Very good, I have used the rub 3 times in the last 2 weeks on Salmon added a little maple butter as well.

I love RR on Salmon. I brine my salmon for 20 minutes, sprinkle with RR, cook at 400, raised direct for 15 minutes. My families favorite.LBGE, Marietta, GA

@Phatchris Salmon looks great! I've tried the RR before on Salmon and it's a really good. It's definitely in the rotation. My go to is S&P, garlic, red pepper flakes rubbed in, sauteed shallots covering the top and then topped with some dollops on butter. Try it some day, you wont regret it.
