Not caveman but damn near it. Seared on the small and finished on the large. Spuds to go with it.

    Thanks @SGH I had one steak and potato and the wife and oldest son shared the other steak and potato. The rest of the kids had hot dogs.

    Brother let me tell you something. As good as those steaks look my wife would have come up short. She would have been eating hot dogs as well. I would have devoured both of them!! Excellent cook sir.

    Steak looks good!!! When searing on the small I will fill the lump almost all the way up to the grid and it looks like you have the same thoughts

    @jstroke thanks man they were pretty damn good but I think I'm going back to ribeyes @SGH‌ yeah man my wife only cuts out the center of the steak about the size of a silver dollar and it has to be well done. My 19 year old son always eats what she leaves behind.

    @grege345‌ if you don't already have one man take the plunge.... You won't be sorry! @Mattman3969‌ yeah the small is a steak searing machine! I'm sure the folks with minis love them and those that get the mini-max will love them too but I couldn't imagine life without a small.
