Teriyaki Burger

The quest to make ground beef not just a hamburger without a bun.  Marinated lightly in teriyaki.  Turned out pretty good.

Rule of thumb -- a not too fully packed cup of ground beef weighs about a quarter pound.

    Plain old yellow onions.  You can do garlic heads the same way.
