First BB Ribs

Before Starting the egg I took the membarin  off the back of the ribs.then i put some lemon juice after that granulated garlic and some BGE Sweet Maple Seasoning.Let the rest for 4 hours
Ounce the egg was at 250 place the ribs on indirect with ps and waited for 2 hours Took them off and warped them in foil with some apple cider.Went back on for another hour.
   Them placed back on the egg for 15 min then  sauced them (Bulls Eye  regular House of Q Sugar and Spice) wife like the Bulls Eye

    Delicious looking ribs...I bought some today and plan on doing them tomorrow or Monday...Rock on!
