Hello and Thanks

Just wanted to say hello and thanks to the forum.  I got a BGE about a month ago and have been doing easy things like spatchcock chicken and burgers.  Today I did my first alb pork but and I did it turbo style.  Cooked about 350 for 8 hours, to a temp of 196, then ftc for about 2 hours until we were ready to eat.

Everybody said it was great.  Had a nice smoke ring and flavor.  Couldn't do it without this forum.  Sorry no pics I was under a big time crunch and wasn't even sure I was going to make temp.
