My first calzones!

Cooked two calzones today, homemade pizza dough, sauteed mushrooms and red peppers, boccocini, fresh basil and arugula,kalamata olives, slivered onions, cherry tomatoes and pepperoni on one.  Brushed with egg, cooked on the pizza stone @ 475 to 500*  Did a fruit cobbler, peaches & blueberries in season, ended up cooking it in the oven.  The calzones were OK, next time will add more strong flavours, garlic, jalapenos etc., found them kind of bland.  On the other hand the cobbler was out of this world, thank you @RayBones for the recipe!  The bad news and I hope it isn't, heard a crack/pop half way thru the cook, will check it out tomorrow when things have cooled down.  Sorry for the lousy pics.
