@tarheelmatt, I made just the tuna although I will be definitely be trying the flank soon.  SWMBO (who's not a big fish fan/eater) said it was one of the best tacos she had ever ate.

It would be really nice if some of these cooks could be "sticky" of sory so they stay near the top.  Not saying this cook would be worthy of such, but keeps it locally where one could always find it an it not get pushed to the bottom so fast.

Did you pan fry the fish with a little bbq sauce and is the crema sauce the same on both steak and tacos. These look amazing and you did a great job with the layout. Thank you

@ericp, yes, tuna was cooked in CI skillet and hit with mango bbq sauce I made at the end of the cook.  

The creama was really for the flank, but I used it on both and everything else.  I could have put the creama on a dog turd and ate it.
