First Pizza

Decided to do a pizza tonight. Bought dough at our local Sams. Had some pepperoni sliced at the deli at Wal Mart. Also picked up some Canadian Bacon. We used fresh mozarella, shredded mozarella, and shredded cheddar. 1st and 2nd pizza had all the toppings. 3rd pizza was cheese only using the 3 types of cheese. Did not get a pic of 2nd. The edge of crust on all 3 were brushed with EVOO. SWMBO did a great job rolling dough and topping pizza. Cooked at 550 on my new adjustable rig with extender from CGS for about 8 minutes each. First time using it and it is awesome. The pizza turned out great. I will have to be in a bind to ever order pizza again. Thanks for looking.

Pizzas are fun stuff. I like the taste of pizza off the egg compared to the chain pizza stores. I had an artisan pizza at the farmers market yesterday from somebody that had a wood fired pizza oven on the back of a trailer. It was good, but wasn't all that impressed. Anyway, great job on the pizza.Steven
