Thursday night wangs!

These turned out awesome.  I will likely be cooking these again Sunday for the Panthers game.

Simple potatoes.  Baby reds tossed with canola, salt, pepper, and slice or two of bacon diced up.

Marinaded this morning with the following:

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 TBS canola oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1 TBS fresh ginger
1 very large clove garlic
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
two basil leaves
juice of half a lemon
2 TBS sweet chilli sauce

Placed all that in a gallon bag.

Cooked around 375° indirect w/platesetter until 165°

Glaze:

1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 TBS sherry wine vinegar
pinch of red pepper flake
couple dashes worcestershire sauce
pinch of pepper
TBS butter (unsalted)

Heat medium high until reduced and thickened.  Add butter when reduced down to help thicken as well as coat.

Brush on wings throughout cook (near the end).
