Not sure I have ever put fresh lump in my Mini. Always use out of one of the Larges. imageimage

I do the opposite. I end up throwing leftovers from the small in with the XL so I can keep the small clean. It's easy to stir and scrape ash out the XL. The small is a pita

I only have one BGE, but my grills tend to share coal pretty well.  Occasionally, they even share hot coals.

First off I am retired. Most important it is a shorter distance to one of the Larges than the garage where the OO is kept. And used lump lights even faster.

We both like the larger meal at lunch.

  • Yeah, the XL gets the bulk of the work, but when the small or mini gets the nod I usually get the lump out of the XL.

Peter sure is an easy mark and Paul is a greedy bastid.

I didn't feel like going in the garage attic to get more lump down this weekend so I robbed from the XL twice. Once for the mini and once for the large. Don't normally though

I take from the large and put in the small. When I want to clean out the small I take any lump still in it and throw in the large. And @Thatgrimguy‌ is right the small is a pain to clean out. But I love it anyway.

Rob Peter for Paul? No I do not. I haven't used Paul (mini) since March... 2013! So no lump needed.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Michael you might want to send it to a good home in Texas.
