Standard week night cook

Protein and veggies. This is our diet dinner. The meat changes and the veggies change from night to night, but it's basically the same cook whether we eat chicken, pork or beef.  Wife is eating a chop and I'm eating a grass fed ribeye.

Love these easy weeknight cooks. I have chicken, chops and steaks all frozen in single servings in my freezer. We just keep 2 nights worth of meat in the fridge defrosting and some veggies in the drawer. Pick which mix we want and fire up the small egg! Egg takes about a half hour to level out and get ready. Dinner on the table in about an hour!! Just easy and repeatable!

Down 15lbs so far!

Looks like a winner to me. Nothing like a good ribeye! Solid my friend.

It's really nice this way. I buy different variety of veggies week by week and only cut what we eat that night so every night is fresh cooked.  We mix it up even more by using different cooking methods, (grill, roast, steam, stir fry) and by the seasonings. So after a few weeks it still doesn't really feel mundane.
