Grilled FL Lobster

Easiest of cooks. Split the tails, sprinkle on your rub (Old Bay, jerk, etc.), drizzle on some lime juice, smear a little Parkay. Direct at 350F dome split side down to135F IT, about 10-15 minutes, and pull, let 'em coast to 140Fish and serve. We had some mango salad and ABTs from last night to go with. Integrate in a few gin and tonics and you are in a little slice of heaven!
