A Couple Pizza Pies

Cooked a standard pepperoni and cheese for my wife.  She likes things a little on the simple side.  

Mine was tomato and basil pizza. Stretched pizza dough out to desired thickness.  Drizzle with EVOO.  Layer with tomatoes.  Salt and pepper over the tomatoes.  Sprinkle that with parm.  Lay 6-8 basil leaves down.  Then top with mozzarella, onion, and garlic.  Little more EVOO on top.  Cooked 550° for 8-9 minutes.  

These were the best pies I have made to date.  I need to work on my dough stretching a little more though.  More practice is needed for sure on that.  Dough seems to be good, and toppings.  The thinkness and roundness is very inconsistant.
