Lamb Chops

Found some nice lamb chops on clearance ($7 for the pack) so I picked those up for last night's dinner.  Simply seasoned with some Zoe's seasoning and some extra Rosemary.  Grilled them direct on the CI grid at about 450 deg f for a few minutes.  I opened the dome a coupla times to get some searing heat without overcooking the inside.  Brought them up to about 130 deg f internal before taking them off and resting.  Served up with some oven roasted Red Potatoes with greek seasoning.  Simple dinner, but it hit the spot!

While the grill was hot, I also threw on a few Chicken Breasts for this week's lunches.  Diced them up for salads.  Thought I'd throw in a pic of those too just because.
